Yoga Mat, Kids Yoga Mat & Bolster

Classic Yoga Mat (Purple) 180cmx60cmx4.5mm

A sturdy non slip practice mat, suitable for most styles of yoga. The mat fared well in standing poses and balances, providing a steady grip. There was a slight movement in the mat when it came to wide leg poses or asanas such as down dog but still the grip was there and the positions felt safe. For all round practice this style of mat is a good choice. For those needing more back support for floor positions choose a slightly thicker mat such as a 6mm.

Yoga Bolster

I had never used a bolster before in my yoga practice but I found it a really valuable aid.
